The staff was extremely helpful and professional. The room and stay were comfortable and the best part was the location - right above the BEACHWALK. Although, we would’ve preferred a room with a better view within the property. Another downside was that there were no free cancellation options and this was sad because we found much cheaper rates for the same room at Aloft at a different website but we couldn’t do anything about that. So my advice would be to check all platforms before booking the room.

The Room is spacious enough for 3 adults, I stayed in King Room, requested an extra bed and still have space for sofa and coffee table. The facilities are great, the room is brand new, the sheet and bed was excellent. My room was facing to the pool and it has a balcony. The staff are fabulous and helpful. The hotel itself located right in the heart of Kuta, connected to Beachwalk Mall.

Room was clean and well organised. Bar manager ‘Wira’ was excellent, very helpful and trying to make the guests feel welcomed.

We had a great stay at Aloft Beachwalk. It’s connected to a huge shopping mall with tons of shopping and restaurants at your fingertips. We had some excellent food within a 10 minute walk of the hotel. The beach is close too. The facilities and room were clean and comfortable. We stayed on the last day of our trip and enjoyed relaxing and taking it easy. The breakfast selection was great with many different Asian and western options. The staff made us feel welcome and were helpful in adding on a few hours before our departure to the airport in the evening. If we’re back in Kuta, we would stay here again :)

My daughter and I spent 8 wonderful nights at Aloft Hotel last month, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was ideal, with the beach just a short walk away. The mall next door had everything we needed. We were particularly impressed by the hotel's thoughtful touches. The jars of goodies in the lobby were a lifesaver on busy mornings, and the sweet notes left in our room each day after cleaning added a warm, personal touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Cleanliness: Hotel seems new. Daily cleaning service. Excellent amenities in the room. Room was big enough and comfortable with balcony overlooking the pool area. Staff: Staff from the security entrance, concierge, reception, restaurant, cleaners, and laundry team always have a smile. Polite, courteous, attentive, friendly, and helpful. My room had decorations inside made by the staff - it was beautiful! Location: Connected to the mall (inside the mall has supermarket, restaurants, shops, and bank). Less than 15 minutes walk to kuta beach. Facilities: Has gym and pool. Recreation area near reception and free daily snacks near check in counter.

The location is great above beachwalk mall Kuta , the staff are very friendly especially in restaurant (Deni) and housekeeping (Nova, Wadi). the design of the room is beautiful. The front desk accomodate my need to early check in and they accomodate my request to double vacuum my room carpet due to my dust allergic.

Adjacent to Beachwalk mall so ideal for shopping and eating. %Arabica for your daily caffeine fix. It's very busy though. Staff are top-notch. A shout-out to Guna. Easy to get Gojek if needing transport.

What an amazing hotel. It just opened in April 2022 and everything is brand new and really well executed. The room is clean, spacious, the bed super comfy and the bathroom very clean with everything you need. There's a pool area and a gym, good food, super friendly staff. The hotel location is awesome, located in the Beachwalk mall, as well as near the beach itself. Good for a couple of days acclimatizing or before flying home. Very happy we chose to stay here!

If you’re staying in Kuta, the location of the hotel is great. The premises were very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating - smiles all around. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the hotel’s restaurant wasn’t half bad! We particularly enjoyed the efficient AC and fantastic water pressure in the shower.
